Earlier today we highlighted the collegians attempting to make the US team for the World Junior Championships, and now it’s Canada’s turn.
Denver’s Patrick Wiercioch, Minnesota-Duluth’s Dylan Olsen, and Harvard’s Louis LeBlanc are on the tryout roster.
Of the three, Wiercioch appears to be a lock and I think LeBlanc will make the team as well. Olsen has the talent to, but after Riley Nash didn’t make the team last year I have to wonder what is going to happen this year.
More on the World Juniors all month here at the WJC.
